How long until my order ships?+
3–7 days production, then 5–8 days delivery. Custom designs may take 1–2 extra days.
Can I return a custom item?+
Custom and personalized items are only refundable if we made a print error.
How much do designers earn?+
20% of the product price plus design price. Admin-configurable per designer.
Do I need a design to buy clothing?+
No. Every product can be bought blank.
What printing methods do you use?+
DTG, screen print, DTF and embroidery depending on the garment.
